Court Resources in Warren County, Ohio

Warren County Court – The Warren County Court house handles misdemeanors and some select felony cases as well as small civil claims. They also oversee matters regarding probation and ticket violations. The Warren County court is currently run by Administrative Judge Gary A. Loxley and Associate Judge Robert S. Fischer.

Warren County’s Court of Common Pleas – The Court of Common Pleas has jurisdiction over felonies and civil protection orders for unrelated individuals residing in Warren County. There are currently three judges on the docket for the Warren County’s Court of Common Pleas and they are Judge Oda, Judge Tepe and Judge Peeler.

Warren County’s Prosecutor’s Office – The current prosecuting attorney for Warren County is David P. Fornshell. Lebanon Law Enforcement – The Lebanon Division of Police is a law enforcement agency committed to protecting its citizens from crime and reckless behavior. The agency currently has 28 sworn officers and 9 civilian personnel on staff with Jeffrey Mitchell as the Chief of Police.

Ohio State Highway Patrol – The Highway Patrol operates through Warren County and surrounding counties so they can oversee traffic on Ohio’s highways. Their mission is to reduce injuries, accidents and to protect life through promotion of traffic safety and quality police work. The current Superintendent for the Highway Patrol is Richard S. Fambro.
