Tamas Tabor graduated cum laude from Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law. He also holds a B.A. in philosophy summa cum laude from the University of Akron and a master’s degree in the same discipline from Central European University. He scored in the 97th percentile on the Ohio Bar Examination.

Tamas’ vast experience in the criminal law distinguishes him as a practitioner and an academician, capable of elucidating complex legal issues at trial, while simplifying intricate theories for clients. He honed his communication skills while serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Akron, Walsh University, and Malone University.

Prior to joining the Joslyn Law Firm, Tamas worked for several years as an assistant prosecutor for the city of Lancaster, Ohio, where he learned prosecutorial strategies for evaluating and arguing cases and developed an aptitude for assessing the strengths and weaknesses of various defenses. Such experience allows him to navigate all aspects of a given issue while focusing on his primary objective: attaining the best possible outcome for his clients.

Tamas’ career has been characterized by vigorous advocacy and a passion for criminal law. He understands that like every individual, each case is unique, and he is committed to demystifying the process of fashioning a viable legal defense. He does so by listening to his clients, taking a keen interest in their needs, and counseling them at every stage of the process.
