Brian Joslyn fights to protect the rights of every client he represents. He founded his law firm in 2011 after several years in the San Diego Public Defender's Office. Brian has been certified as an instructor in the administration of standardized field sobriety tests as well as in the operation, diagnostic, verification and calibration of the BAC Datamaster Breath Alcohol Testing Instruments.
Ryan Shafer defended people against a wide range of misdemeanor and felony charges in the Franklin County Public Defender's Office before joining Joslyn Law Firm. He largely concentrates on helping clients who have been charged with DUI in Cincinnati. Ryan is an active member of legal organizations, including the Ohio Association for Justice, National College of DUI Defense, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Mark Wieczorek is a former assistant prosecutor in Hamilton County. This experience gives him enormous insight into how criminal charges are handled and what weaknesses there might be in the prosecution’s case. Mark fights OVI charges for clients all over Cincinnati.
Ashley Sheafer provides invaluable support to attorneys and clients of Joslyn Law Firm. She received her Paralegal Certification from Akron University, and prepares documents, communicates with clients, and manages projects for the firm. Ashley’s previous experience includes time in the Franklin County Municipal Court.
Regina Griffith of Joslyn Law Firm is a true advocate of criminal defense. Her fast experience includes high profile sex, criminal, and municipal and common pleas within federal and appellate courts. A hometown product of Columbus, Ohio, Regina recieved her bachelor's degree from Ohio State University.
